I am very ticky about who I call a hero, but Karl Rove is at the top of my list.
Please Please
I just wish all these retrospect articles on the election was just recognize the fact
That the SWIFITIES completely torpedoed Kerry's attempt at the convention to use the REPORTING FOR DUTY bogus ploy
He Got NO BUMP from the convention and had to run and hide from the Swifities from then on in to the end
His campaign was in freefall and his backers demoralized until Biush's performance after the first debate re-energized them
These guys put it on the line
GIVE THEM THE CREDIT THEY SO RICHLY DESERVE
Faulty Linkster strikes again. Post #7
Exactly. That was precisely Rove's mistake. He wasn't there. He was in no position to put down the Swifties just to mollify McCain. That was wrong. What McCain said about them was VERY wrong, and completely over the line.
Have you been one of those checking out the 'new Canadian' website? What could one expect, but that a liberal would consider God, country and apple pie to be some kind of waking nightmare?
Excuse me. Canada? Where did that come from?
And if you think I'm some kind of liberal, you are sadly mistaken.
Referring to the President's margin of victory in the popular vote hovering at over 4% and heading toward 5%. He calls it an 'old wive's tale'. Perhaps there was more of a difference on 5 NOV than 6 NOV. Or perhaps the difference widened by today.
I wish it was 5% but it just isn't and, as far as I can tell, it never was. Now if the absentee votes come in very favorable to Bush and they haven't actually been totaled up yet then there is some chance that we can see some increase in the 3%. I just wouldn't bet the farm on it.
Isn't that where all the libs are looking, these days - that or NZ? You used the term - uber-right. Only libs talk like that. Correct?
Sevry you are attacking everyone..Are you a troll?
ROVE...thanks for helping President Bush get re-elected...and if you would like to see about the funniest column printed so far...take a look at Mark Steyn's latest. Your'll laugh her a-- off. ;o)
Well if Ann Coulter knows so much about planning campaigns, why in the hell isn't she out there doing instead of running her (pretty) mouth about the people who are?
As I suggested, maybe it was, and slipped back. Look in the historic Drudge links for Fri and you'll see that. But the linked site now shows only 3%, and just barely 3%.

You seem to be attacking me, at the moment, and projecting that onto me. I don't attack anyone. If they disagree with me, I'll state why I disagree, and that's it. You might do the same.
For goodness' sake, that is just silly. Why aren't you out running a campaign instead of praising the people who are? Or are only some opinions allowed to be held by non-campaign managers and consultants?
Hell no! Your deductive reasoning skills leave a lot to be desired.
I said "über-Right" because you are insatiable. The über-Right is never satisfied with anything at all.
I just don't see the need for 'Monday Morning Quarterbacking' against a victory. Sure it's fine to see where you could have done better win or lose, but bashing your side after winning for not winning bigger is unecessary in my opinion.
