Eschoir was one of the first radical "progressives" who refused to go away. He was here either shortly before I showed up or slightly later (I've been here quite a bit longer than my sign-up date). Jim asked him to leave many times, banned his accounts and he just kept coming back. He also was tangently if not directly involved in some of FR's legal problems.
I could probably write a book on this guy from what I saw and still only know a part of what JimRob went though. Eventually it was settled in court and he is actually banned by court order and may have paid some compensation IIRC.
I really don't want to open old wounds so I wont say much more. My point was Trolls have lost in court, and from what I saw banning is much easier and may be more effective.
