Interesting. Personally I believe that Mr. Logan is a very intelligent and very skilled person. I know many intelligent and skilled people who do not belong in management positions. The problem is that Mr. Logan was brought in by King County to "cure known problems quickly." Mr. Logan has not done that.

This past election has pointed out in detail the mess that is still happening in King County Elections. The problem, whether it is lack of resources from the County Executive or County Council, lack of motivation, training, or supervision of permanent and temporary staff still resides with the management team of the King County elections.

King County (actually the State of Washington) needs to have someone come in and clean up the King County election mess. Mr. Logan has tried and failed. In the business world that is all that counts. His intent, his intellect, his knowledge of election laws don't matter, all that matters is that he solves the problems or gets out of the way so someone else can solve the problems.
