Accountability and spending don't belong in the same sentence as Democrat. Just my opinion, of course :-)

Yadda yadda yadda... if they were serious, they'd be more responsible with OUR money in-country.

Get some accountability for wasteful spending here in the US first, that far exceeds what we're spending (wastefully perhaps) in Iraq.

They don't give a damn for 'accountability.' They're digging for dirt to damage the Administration.

while i'm certain that the democrats are simply struggling for a way to gain any credibility, i do wonder what the heck happened to the 9 billion that is SUPPOSED to be unaccounted for. this i would consider a valid question.

While they're at it, why don't they ask for some accountability from the U.N.? This organization's credibility is shot, along with the Democrat's arguments that issues of war and peace should be taken to the U.N. for decision.

And how many trillions have been wasted on the War on Poverty, a war with no exit strategy that is truly a quagmire.

Do you think they will ever figure out they LOST the election? People living in the red counties are tired of hearing the dems whining coming from DC. Do these misguided fools think that this is the route to take to win back power?

Now all they need is a majority in both houses to pass a law/resolution. In the meantime they can STFU.

It would be a legitimate question if not for the motives of the people asking it. I have a feeling that the "missing" $9 Billion story is going to pan out like the story about Haliburton overcharging the Army for gasoline supplies during the war. Lots of innuendo and hyperbole to blow something way out of proportion, and in the end there was no wrongdoing.
