The homo agenda/propaganda is alive and well and thriving at the University Of Michigan.
If you want on/off the ping list see my profile page.

Here's my proposal - do away with the college BS alltogether. Just have tests for different skills and abilities. If the "student" wants to learn calculus, learn it on their own in whatever manner they wish, and take a standardized test to show that they have appropriately mastered the subject. Certification of skills should replace the PC BS that is passed on as education these days.
You are right on! There is an opportunity in our society right now for an entrepreneur to launch an internet based institute of higher learning offering strictly communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) and specific knowledge of a particular specialization (math, accounting, chemistry, etc.). The cost would be a fraction of the absurd cost of supporting the existing inefficient and ineffective system, and employers would fight to attract the graduates of these institutes. The internet will change the face of education.
This is a welfare plan to provide so-called "sex and gender experts" who otherwise couldn't find work with a job. Tens of thousands of dollars are paid per year to educate college students. The people who pay don't have to be handed this pap. My advice is that the parents send their kids to a good private school.
Maybe I should reconsider UofM for Grad Work.
Now there's a shocker.
Unfortunately, a degree from U of M still carries far more weight than one from MSU.
Hillsdale perhaps?
I think it's going to go that way. There was an article recently (educationnews.org perhaps, can't remember where I read it) that suggested that within the next five to ten years, most students will be getting their education over the internet, and that includes K-12.
Hopefully you didn't date her for long.
But they might miss all that boozing and screwing that is the key to a fun time at college.
I finished there in 1969, so you must have been later than that. I didn't become a Republican until Carter was president.

I was at Michigan from 1984-1987.
I joined the GOP, immediately on graduating H.S. I could have easily joined the Dems -- Scoop Jackson had only died the year before -- but no one answered the phone at the county Democratic Party HQ, back home in upstate NY, when I called for registration info.
But after being talked down to for being a Republican, I got party loyalty, out of rebellion, as much as anything else.
I have to thank Janet Boetner, a particularly loathsome feminist that taught in the government department at the University of Texas for turning me into a conservative.

Yeah, that's what people go to college for.
