For years the Dems complained mightily that Republicans were illegally using a litmus test to determine that a nominee is pro-life. When the Republicans finally got a working majority Chuck Shumer said that he would use a litmus test to make sure a candidate is pro-abortion. And he said it is naive to think that other Dem Senators don't do the same. No one in the MSM complained. It is time the Pubs play a little power politics. The Dems and their allies just give lip service to anything else.
