I'll hold out and see if Mel Gibson makes a true movie.

It would be interesting to see how he'll manage to work 'buckets-o'-blood' (like his last snuff-flick) into a Terri-movie.

And then a JPII movie too! WWII action, an assassination sequence, and all kinds of stuff in THAT one!

It could turn out to be a profitable couple/three years for gibson (taking bets on which island/continent he'll try to buy next).

I've been thinking about this too. I'm sure the funeral home and their priest have suggested ways to deal with grief and find a way to make a "grave" when there is no body to memorialize. I have seen many markers for sailors who were "lost at sea" or soldiers whose bodies not recovered. I'm hoping the Schindlers will find a way to include Terri in their own family burial site and will reach a point where they can feel her presence with them.

MS = monster. No way to gloss him over in this last sad act of spite. A 6' 7' very little man.

So will Dean Cain play Robert Blake and Michael Jackson as well?

"CBS is rushing a Terri Schiavo TV movie into production so that it can air the biopic during the May ratings sweeps."

Thereby not only sugar coating the episode, but rewarding the monster as well. Sick. Very, very sick.

It will be fascinating to see CBS manages to groom Michael's loving selfless image for the conclusion Where he cremates the evidence (err....body) and buries, scatters, or dumps his wife's ashes in an unmarked plot so her family can never know where to memorialize her mortal remains. Whadda guy.

It would spice-up cbs's movie if the 'hero' (schiavo), um, "drove his car on some wet leaves" and 'fireballed' at the end of the movie (and in real life too - so they wouldn't have to pay him royalties).

A more interesting twist on the story would be if he didn't die from the accident, but became dependent on life support, and CBS was given power of attorney over him, and no one batted an eye over the whole conflict of interest.

Alright, I'm getting out there, but sometimes my mind works that way.

Michael Schiavo Slips into 'Carnivorative State'
by Scott Ott

(2003-10-28) -- Michael Schiavo, the Florida man fighting to have the feeding tube removed from his comatose wife, has fallen into a "persistent carnivorative state," according to an unnamed family doctor.

"He's unresponsive," said one physician familiar with his case. "When you talk about the importance of human life or the effects of slow starvation on his wife, Terri, he just glazes over. He has no comprehension. I don't think he could live more than 10 days cut off from the hope of a huge cash influx."

However, Mr. Schiavo's girlfriend insists he has more brain function than his behavior would indicate. She said he usually knows when other people are in the room and just this week she induced him to follow a $20 bill with his eyes.

"Terri's desire was that Michael would never have to live without wealth or extramarital female companionship," the unnamed girlfriend said.

Experts say few patients ever emerge from persistent carnivorative states because they're totally dependent upon increasing quantities of liquid assets.

Can't the parents block release of information and block this?

Afternoon!

I tried to post to *this* topic but it went off somewhere I don't think it will ever be seen. It's the first time in six years I've posted a thread. HELP?

I have an idea as to how we can honor Terri's memory and comfort her parents. PLEASE read! TIA - Jesse.

You can find it here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1376156/posts

BTW -Does anyone know where we can get the Schindler's mailing address?

I don't think they can block use of publicly available information.

They are still angrier with their mommies and daddies than with their boyfriends.

Yeah. You called it. They're mad at parents and churches, and haven't yet figured out that lovers and governments can be just as deadly.

I also agree with you on Michael being a control freak. This whole thing from start to finish smacks of control.

Mike as a 10 foot giant, his lawyer as a rat eating a dead body, the judge as a blind bat with no moral qualities and all this written by some horror writter.

Oh wait, I forgot the only villin in this movie would be terri.

I believe this is an April Fool's joke, but it does raise an interesting question: if a version of the Terri story is published which casts the parents in a bad light, would the parents be allowed to have Michael questioned in a libel suit?

"ME TOO. In fact I will be writing CBS and any conservative Christian organizations to PROTEST loudly !! This is the last nail in Terri's coffin. How terrible for her parents!!!!!!"

Disgusting! We boycotted the Reagan movie. We can boycott this movie too.
