These are home grown.... not illegals. The illegals are protected from the "coyotes" by the gangs. They also make sure that employers pay them instead of making them work for 2 weeks then calling INS. Of course all this service costs money, but like they say... the man with the gun, makes the rules.

They really don't kill people you would care about, that is unless you are tied into the bloods, crips, or laundering drugs. So they are actually doing you a favor. Go thank them.
Closing the borders wouldn't make a bit of difference in this case. La Eme members are consisted of Chicanos, that is they were born here in California. There are plenty of South Siders who would back them up. They are pretty much dominating over all the other prison gangs. Mostly because they have power in numbers and know how to stick together.
