I think the Minutemen should go to the border in Texas, and not worry for even a second about Jackson Lee. Besides, given that she thought the MARS rover could putt over to the place where our astronauts placed the American flag (which was actually on the moon) she probably thinks the border between Texas and Mexico runs between Colorado and Utah.
