"The Holy Grail of the Republican Party is a tax cut, whether or not we need it," he said in a meeting with The Standard-Times editorial board."
This from the billionaire who pays a 12% income tax rate. He and Teraisin shelter their money by every means possible.
Hey Lurch, it's OUR MONEY the government is taking, and most of us can't spends thousands of dollars every year on an army of accountants and tax lawyers to set up tax shelters for us. "Whether or not we need it," sniffs this arrogant jerk? He can kiss my grits.
Translation of Kerry's words: Nothing, nada, zilch, zippo.
frenchie, frenchie wake up dude. This is June of 2005 not 2004. We had the election and the dogs didn't like your food.
...at the expense of the poorest...? Everyone's taxes were cut you dolt. Did you notice the increase in tax revenue thanks to the cut in the tax rate imbecile?
I re-read the new testament too John, and just like in the old testament it says "Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors goods, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not boast to being a war hero and falsify your military records, then defame your compatriots upon your meritless return from war you piece of crap."
Okay, it doesn't say piece of crap.
Johnwho?
Yeah...then they'd really get PMS, having a President Dick Cheney and Vice President Karl Rove.
I was gonna post that. LOL.
Does anyone, even liberal Democrats, give a crap what John Kerry says or thinks anymore?
I absolutely doubt that John Kerry read the entire New Testament "the other day." I think, and this may shock you, that John Kerry is lying. But, if he HAD read it, I wonder if he found anything in Jesus' teachings about taking from the dead (estate tax), encouraging sloth (the welfare system), or barring the very New Testament he says he read from the schools.....
Kerry, you lost. Shut up for a little while and let the winner lead.
John Kerry's cheeze has slid off it's cracker....
Ketchup Boy's a classic!!
SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP, LOSER!
YES!!!
Oh, I think he served in Vietnam, too...
time to start donating to the Swifties for a new ad campaign...this guy ain't gonna go off into the night quietly...
Kerry intends to bring the impeachment document that is circulating to Congress.
Kerry sucks..
What, may I ask, is the problem with two powerful national leaders planning strategy before they go to their respective congresses or parliaments for authority?
Is Bush supposed to approach the Senate without any forethought as to what he wants to do? I suppose in sKerry's world any President would have to come to the Senate, explain the problem and ask for ideas and suggestions. It's certainly how sKerry would approach any issue, except he'd only listen to RATS.
Maybe what really frosts John Effin's tators is that Bush truly did have a PLAN!
LOL. As opposed to Kerry who kept talking about his plans but it became painfully obvious he didn't have any.
And you make a good point. Imagine the president just coming to Congress and saying we're going to invade North Korea without first consulting with the Pentagon, etc., to make sure it was doable!
Here's what I find hilarious. First it was a rush to war. Now we're all upset over a memo that says a decision was made a while back and after careful consideration and assessment of the intelligence the green light was given. Does anybody else see humor in this? So everything would have been OK if, out of the blue, Bush has decided . . . hey, let's go get Saddam? The libs would we fine with that, right?
Then they all focus on this phrase "fix the intelligence around the policy". Apparently they don't understand English very well. In fact, isn't this EXACTLY what we would want the administration to do. Make a policy decision and then seek out the intelligence that supports it. Am I daft?
