Clearly it is your country not mine that is running things so don't cry like a little girl when your son's 5th grade teacher bends him over his desk after school one day and everybody looks at you like you are the intolerant freak. Enjoy your victory and be sure to pack the K-Y in your boy's lunch pail.

I'm just thinkin' at loud here...It's a poll. Online polls really aren't valid ant that's my point. If people will break the law to vote twice at the polls and risk laws that can put them away what would stop someone from pinging a poll over and over.

The normalization process for adult-child sexual relations has been under way for years. Consider the Kinsey report as evidence. For those with good memories it was the late 80's and the Presbyterian Church USA had a group produce a study recommending Church policy on sexual matters. It was a bomb shell and it recommended "non-explotive adult-child sexual relationships" as if there is such a thing. The Elders voted it down but no one lost their job as far as I heard. Ever seen a gay pride parade that did not include NAMBLA? The actor Jeff Goldbloom has been quoted as saying they should leave child molesters alone, the Catholic Church scandals and an even bigger case load in the Texas Public School system. Holland has a legal age of consent at 12. The Internet porn on this matter is out of control, Porn is like most stimulants you need a bigger dose to get the same thrill, that is fine if you are pumping iron or a fan of roller coasters but not such a good idea in the area of human sexuality. I am 45 years old and I remember when masturbation, Birth Control and oral sex were horror stories told about hippies. But times change and I haven't even gotten to Michael Jackson.
Just where do you think all this is going?

Do you expect the President to do all the heavy lifting on this? What are you doing about it? I find it as shocking and disgusting as you but whining about it on a conservative message board isn't going to fix it.
I live in the 'gay' state. We have our work cut out for us but we're not giving up without a fight...

The thing about these approve / disapprove polls that is bogus is that they don't ask if he is doing too much / too little. Thus I can think he's doing a bad job, because he isn't nuking the terrorists. This doesn't mean I'll be running out to vote Democratic, so that we can set up Hate-America self-help classes for school children.

Did you have to sign in or something to vote?
It wouldn't take my vote.

Yeah, I can see how awful those nasty Republicans are Nixon should not have let those darn justices rule like they did on Roe v. Wade. He should have just told them how to vote...Oh wait thats right they are an independent co-equal branch of government..duh like Nixon had any control over the Supreme court.
Hard line conservatives are at least as bad as Dumocrats. They would rather see Kerry in the White House than vote for Bush, just because he doesn't strictly adhere to the perfect conservative line. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
I have never in my life seen a perfect conservative. Not Ronald Reagan not Barry Goldwater, not Pat Buchanon, no one is a perfect conservative. I vote for the best choice, and I have NEVER had any difficulty in choosing which candidate to vote for. Very often they are not what I would hope for,Bush certainly wasn't, but unfortunately I don't control who the nominee is. So I vote for the best of the two.
I also don't want any third parties to take route, I see enough of that in our European "allies" and know that to be the route to disaster and probably socialism European style. I prefer the socialism we have because at least I can hope to minimize the prospect.
So go ahead and go to a third party, show us how brilliant you are and when Hillary or Kerry or Kucinich gets in you can come back and tell us how wonderful you are because you held true to your strictly conservative ideals.

Look, I'm not quite buying the slippery slope argument. Society has become decadent, however it is NOWHERE near as accepting of child molesters as you suppose. If fact, they're the first killed when entering prison. And I'm not quite sure the reason for the graphic descriptions you portray.

I'll agree that President Bush hasn't handled 100% of the things I'd like to see handled, but I don't disapprove of him.
It's been my experience that there are no 100% people.
I do believe he's doing better than I ever would have imagined after his election in 2000
He's got more responsibilities to handle and more enemies that he has to deal with as part of his job than anyone else I can think of.
I couldn't do the job he's doing because I couldn't balance the load that is on his shoulders.
I pray for him, I trust him and I believe he's the best man for the job.
I disapprove of the way The Democratic Party views our country... but I don't imagine we'll ever see a poll questioning that.
To: Mark in the Old South
Sounds to me like you're the one crying like a little girl or rather a nasty little brat. At any rate, you are successful at turning people off to your brand of conservatism.
