Everything
Everything gives you cancer
Everything
Everything gives you cancer
There's no cure, there's no answer
Everything gives you cancer

Don't touch that dial
Don't try to smile
Just take this pill
It's in your file

Don't work hard
Don't play hard
Don't plan for the graveyard
Remember -

Everything
Everything gives you cancer
Everything
Everything gives you cancer
There's no cure, there's no answer
Everything gives you cancer

Don't work by night
Don't play by day
You'll feel all right
But you will pay

No caffeine
No protein
No booze or
Nicotine
Remember -

Everything
Everything gives you cancer
Everything
Everything gives you cancer
There's no cure, there's no answer
Everything gives you cancer...

I always take a natural substance (sugar, in this case) over an artificial one.

Substitute sugar, aspartame, sweet&low, nutrasweet, for honey and fruits. You will notice an increase in your energy and in your health.

My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectations shall not be cut off. --Proverbs 24:13-14

What do I put the honey on to eat it?

White bread is a no-no, I presume.

Why, just put it on a spoon!

How about buttered toast with honey? Then sprinkle cinnamon on it. Yum. Now I'm hungry.

I use store-bought (Costco) honey in my homemade cappucino every morning. I used to use a chocolate cocoa powder.

For some people, it can take some time to get used to the flavor of honey. So, start off with small amounts, like in coffee. But, also use small amounts in your cooking, to add flavor and sweetening.

Is store-bought honey no good?

From The World's Healthiest Foods:

Honey is sold in individual containers or in bulk. It is usually pasteurized, although oftentimes at farmer’s markets you can find raw honey. Raw honey that has not been pasteurized, clarified, or filtered - provided it is of the highest organic quality - is your best choice. Look for honey that states “100% pure.” While regular honey is translucent, creamy honey is usually opaque and is made by adding finely crystallized honey back into liquid honey. Specialty honeys, made from the nectar of different flowers, such as thyme and lavender, are also available. Remember that the darker the color, the deeper the flavor.
