One of my employees cousin was killed by an illegal alien drunk driver. The judge released the criminal on $10,000 bail and the illegal skipped right on back to Mexico. End of story.
I expect to see the same in this case.

Someone sent me a video of a guy in LA going to a place where day workers congregate. He tells them he needs help on his deck, then proceeds to drive them to the LA office of the INS. He did it as a joke, but I got to thinking, what if people really started doing that? I would be pretty tough for the INS to ignore it if citizens started showing up with pick up loads of illegals....

We are no safer than before 9/11 in terms of keeping track of who is here illegally. NWO smoke and mirrors dictate we be hassled and sometimes groped at the airports though, among other things.
The feds don't care and neither do the local police. Illegal aliens are arrested around here all the time for crimes and are usually released or let out with a small bail. They are involved in numerous traffic accidents. NC is the easiest state in the country in which an illegal can get a drivers license so that old dog excuse about "safety" won't hunt.
The illegal situation is out of control. Completely. Nobody in authority cares. All they do shrug their shoulders and point their fingers at somebody else. Disgusting.
EXACTLY! We will be monitored by Big Brother if we get a cold once a year and happen to buy Nyquil or something from that very long list. "It's all for the common good." (I don't usually buy that stuff but I think I'll start so they can add that to their file on me.) We "can't", however, keep track of these murdering, pillaging invaders.

Can't we start suing the govt. for not doing its job? Something? Since lawsuits seem to be the answer for everything that ails us?

It seems like a good attorney should be able to make a wrongful death case against the government. It seems like their was some gross negligence, dereliction of duty and even willful conduct here.

But there is good news, out of millions of cows the government is perfectly capable of tracking that one which had mad cow disease all the way to its birth in Canada three years ago. Illegal alien criminals may be devastating the country but we are definitely safe from infected cattle.
