It's always interesting that so many sources always know every detail about this piece of garbage except where to find him. Very strange.

debka and world net daily don't seem to be reliable sources of information.

The logistics and cost of moving thousands of people out of of Iraq and into Europe speak against it. It's not like Zarqawi could just charter a jet and send them all together..... It's a plane ticket and a (fake?) passport each, along with some spending money.
It'd be much more efficient ( and tons more secure) to take half the same money and spend it on people already in Europe.

"I think the report claimed he fled "Baghdad" not Iraq."
Actually, the report that I saw was on Fox News Channel, and it said that he had gone into Jordan, and may have been wounded during one of our clean-up operations. Maybe in Ramahdi.

Oh - the old "wounded" rumor / rouse that has floated on and off again -

If anything, Al Qaeda is giving up on Iraq and figure they'd have much better luck striking at the softer west where they stand a better chance of getting the public to buckle under and surrender. They were wrong on the Brits, but who knows what would happen if they strike france or germany.

Weekly 214 reported that al Qaeda was diluting its Iraq force for a major terror offensive in Europe and Middle East engineered by Jordanian terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and on its recommendation. Well, they haven't stopped it here yet.
Less than an hour ago, there was a HUGE blast nearby...and it had all the markings of Zarq's style.
They hit a checkpoint very close to where I am.

He has to realize this and knows you can't terrorize people who've spent decades living under a ruthless, blood-thirsty dictator and his sons. You nailed it with this sentence, bro...
