Good evening Wolftstar thanks a lot for your research which takes as much time as finding photos, I don't know about my fellow dose posters but I always find the info helpful as to what I should look out for on the days I am posting the dose, thank you very much for your hard work.

I have always wondered what it must be like to have a ride in a chopper. I have seen rides advertised at airshows but have preferred to go on the small aircraft ones instead, one day I must do the helicopter option.

It's a bit embarrassing by comparison how most of us live. Only 5% of American adults (even young ones) exercise regularly........and most say they don't because they're too BUSY.
The President's schedule gives NO one that excuse!

Since the Hobbits started they have shipped 700 knives as well as other tools, flashlights, EMT shears, seat belt cutters, and other gadgets to our troops overseas. But the project has grown to the point where more donations are needed. A source of supply for these items are the TSA airport screeners. I hear they have 50 TONS of confiscated knives, lighters, scissors, etc.

He exercises six times a week by bicycling 15 miles to 20 miles, working out on a treadmill and an elliptical trainer, and performing free weight resistance training and stretching. The report by his doctors notes, "The president has a history of activity-related injuries...[that] do not impact his current duties."
