"Wow! We have a libertarian afraid to let the market decide who makes money off editorial writing. Maybe he's ready to join Hookers For Chastity Belts."

This guy is a libertarian like Bill Maher is a libertarian. His solution to the Social Security debacle is to raise the retirement age. That ain't gonna cut it, either to solve the problem or to any dyed-in-the-wool libertarian. Tierney is maybe the kind of liberal who understands you can't beat capitalism, but that's not the same thing as a libertarian at all. He's the Times latest anti-GOP 'conservative.'

Isn't that how most libertarians are now? It seems to me Ronald Reagan already recruited all the libertarians worth having over tot he GOP.

Tierney said, "That said, I'm concerned that conservatives and libertarians may be reluctant to pay for New York Times editorial content and opinion."

Gee, ya think?

Besides, I imagine bugmenot.com will be collecting working paid IDs.
