No. The ACLU is usually wrong, and on this case they're right. As I said all along, a broken clock is right twice a day.
If your convictions may be tested by the fact that they're shared by someone that you usually disagree with, then your convictions aren't very strong to begin with.
Kindly stop hinting that because the ACLU agrees with us on this one, that our position is something to be ashamed of or reflects poorly on the science behind evolution. Neither is true.
