What matters if it's more or less if it's all the same?

More interstate commerce, more commerce among the states.

Should I draw a picture?

No need. The one you're drawing is clear enough. You know what you want, and have no intention of letting some old document stand in your way. It's old and inconveinient and you just don't want to mess with it any more.

Obviously not. You think there's an imaginary "pot must be legal" clause in the Constitution; so law, facts, quotes, citations, and history go straight into the memory hole, unanswered.

I've got all the answers I need. You just don't want to hear it because you don't like the results.

I've no doubt of it. And alcohol is legal.

So is that a sufficient reason to ban alcohol or any other drug?

making promises of dramatically reduced drug-related violence might be a bit premature.

The violence related to the black-market drug trade would certainly be reduced, as it was when the drug alcohol was legalized. And there'd be no reason to expect any offsetting increase, since unlike alcohol marijuana is not know to systematically increase violent behavior (hence the stereotype of marijuana user as mellow Cheeto-munching giggler).
