"Watch it on Primetime and you'll understand."

Probably not. Some people on this thread are so convinced that nobody would follow such orders that they'll never understand.

And then there are those who don't bother to read anything at all. They're the ones thinking this girl is an illegal alien or mentally retarded.

Sometimes, the density of some thread participants just amazes me.

This girl should OWN that McDonalds and have enough money to put herself through the best college in the country besides.

Were I her father, there would be other prices to pay by the participants in this ordeal. Heavy prices.

"but by far the worst abuse was inflicted by the lady's fiancee."

The man sounds like a true asshole.

I hadn't read the story when I posted above. Every one of these folks was incredibly dumb.

I once had a 20 year-old girlfriend who was induced to strip at her home by a caller who started out by "taking a survey" about women's clothes.

Yes, she was a blonde. Cute as a bug, though.

I think I've seen a few movies that started with scenarios like this, although usually the girl responds by making out with the boss after told to strip.

My first job out of high school was Mall Security in Brea, CA. For months some guy would keep calling clothing stores and tell the girls working that he was in the air vent above them and had a gun pointed at them. He would then tell them to strip or he would shoot them. After the first time we sent out a memo to all the mall employees explaining that the air vents were too small for anyone to fit in them and that it was a prank call. But every time we turned around we would see a naked Gap employee running through the mall screaming.

"Parents should be very careful about teaching children to always follow the orders of those in authority."

Yep.
We live in a country that was founded by people that said "go stuff it" to the most powerful nation on the planet at the time.
I'm surprised at times by the "don't ever break the law" crowd in our country. Don't go 56 mph because 55 mph is the speed limit. Submit without question to all govt employees. Wrong.
We need citizens in our country that think for themselves. And at times tell the ruling authorities to "go stuff it".

sshhh...keep your voice down.

We don't want Al Quada to start calling fast food joints and triggering the managers to blow themselves up.

I'm with you! Nix is looking at 30 years for the sodomy, but it looks like Summers is going to get away with it.

>> Oh come on ..... why didn't the girl say - screw you I am going home. What is wrong with this picture? <<

What are you, an idiot? She is alone in a room with two adults forcing her to do vile sex acts. They got her in the room by accusing her of criminality. Threat of bodily harm is implicit.

No, but there was a big model train shop in the mall and he used to come in all the time. He would always wear those pin striped train conductor overalls and then get ticked off that everyone in the mall would make fun of him. True story.

You're right, of course. However, naive high school girls often don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to bullies like the ones in this story.

The fault here really lies with the woman who was the assistant manager. She's the idiot. She should have immediately hung up the phone on this phony "cop" and called the real police. Then there's her fiance, who should receive surgery on whatever parts he used in his sexual assault on this girl.

I cannot blame the girl in any way. Kids are all too often intimidated by adults who are in supervisory positions. It happens all around them, and they're told by their parents to do what the "nice policeman" says.

Even if she had been taught otherwise, fear could easily have led to her doing what she did. She is not at fault here.

On the up side, she's going to do very, very well in her lawsuit. That there is security camera video of the entire incident will insure that. It's going to be nice to own a MacDonalds, I'd guess, and I'll bet she does a better job running it than the excremental scum in the video. I'm betting she also ends up with enough money besides to go to a good college and make something of herself.

One thing's certain...she'll never again be taken in by buttheads like these again.

According to the article, she was left with other employees for a while.

I actually saw him at a big model railroad store in Santa Monica, where I'd taken my childhood Lionel stuff for a refurb. He was in hog heaven there.
