I'm a little disappointed to see this article on FrontPage.
Oh, sure, there's some good stuff in it, but the author leads and closes by calling these "race riots."
The same thing would have happened if these mooselimbs were Dolf-Lundgren-looking blondes. It wasn't their race that created the hostility, it was their behavior.
This action by the Aussies is of a kind with the Boston Tea Party.
It looks like we exported all of our testicles down under. Our governments, theirs and ours, are selling us out, and under those circumstances, it is the right of the people to protect themselves.

The author also says "cultural and linguistic diversity are to be cherished," which is not merely garden-variety drivel, but poisonous left-wing drivel. If somebody wants to immigrate, and there are reasons to allow it, they should be told, "You *will* act right, or you will pay dearly. You *will* learn our language and our laws, and you *will* conform to our culture."
I guess maybe David Horowitz is out of the office. I can't believe he would have let those things go by.

A couple of statements that I read recently have somewhat irked me. We had a Muslim leader suggesting that those who say Muslims take exception to Christmas decorations in the workplace are wrong. Then a more extreme view was advocated by a Muslim columnist in a national newspaper; she explained how this Christmas she’d be buying a tree, giving presents and serving halâl turkey in her home. So amidst all these voices declaring how much they don’t mind Christmas can I just point out that - I do? In fact if there ever were a day of the year that was in dire need of sabotaging then it’d have to be Christmas in my book.

Really? Why? The problem is not cultural relativism the problem is that they are there. If at some theoretical point in the future Muslims became the majority in Australia what will all this talk about "cultural relativism" mean?
Yet many Western leftists habitually excuse these crimes against women in order to maintain political solidarity with their allies in the Islamic world.
It has nothing to do with solidarity with the Islamic world, that is a lie. Leftists welcome Islamic immigration into the West because of the effect it has on Western society - cultural, and ultimately physical, genocide. They willingly embrace the mass immigration of groups that hold views that are allegedly an anathema to them because to oppose the entry of such groups might give the locals the idea they have a right to preserve themselves and their nation, and that must be opposed at all costs. Eliminating whiteness is the idee fixe of the modern left, and they will sacrifice anything to reach that goal. Organizations like Frontpage essentially support that goal but are just alarmed at some of the byproduct of the process, like the presence of large numbers of Muslims in the West that hate Jews and the effect that presence has on the policies towards Israel in those countries.
It should be remembered that the Australian author of this piece writes under the threat of imprisonment so these may not be her true views.
