Right..and those disposable syringes need to be disposed of safely... but you are probably right that drug users are the ones putting their disposables in the sink... a good diabetic would take his used syringe home instead of disposing of it improperly... but nonetheless i wish more places had needle disposal locations since I use half a dozen lancets a day checking my blood sugar.

I have learned that in the USA there is at least one library that has experienced so many incidents of masturbation from men watching unfiltered Internet computer porn, that remains unfiltered despite the law thanks to the ACLUified American Library Association (ALA), that, are you ready for this, they keep mastubation haz-mat kits available for the steady stream of cleanups required. Now I have been at this issue for years and have talked with many people and I honestly cannot remember the specific library, but I do recall the person who told me this was afraid of the ALA's retaliation if anything was done to filter the computers to stem the multiple masturbation moments. The story of the Ontario library was so similar it prompted me to recall and report this story of a USA library with masturbation hazmat kits. (Hazmat kit = hazardous materials collections of materials and substances used to clean up ejaculate and remove or kill any remaining bioactive material including the virus that leads to AIDS.)

Wow, what a typical government reaction - they are not allowed too take away everyone's rights so they accommodate the wrongdoers.... does it never occur to them to just charge the masterbaters with something serious like felony Child endangerment - if every guy who comes into the library to jack off goes to prison for 5 years they problem will greatly decrease.

This is soooo disgusting! I remember some 7-8 years ago a nice young lady at the service center in a local grocery telling me about a man who was getting off to the greeting cards. I thought she meant 'enjoying' them, but she corrected me, stating that was one reason she was glad NOT to be a manager! Ewwwww.

If we don't get this under control I suppose anything and everything goes, public or not.
