Any member of Congress who says the Capitol Police is the "gestapo" should either apologize for it or be censured. That is way over the line.

The Capitol Police should let some muggers from greater Washington beat the crap out of Stark, after they rob him.

Jonathan Turley is on CNN saying that Cindy's Constitutional Rights may have been violated.

I guess "simply" wearing a T-Shirt with a statement on it isn't considered by some to be a form of "demonstration". How dumb do they think we are?

Here is the penalty for violating US Code Title 40 Subtitle II Section 5104

(b) Other Offenses.— A person violating section 5103 or 5104 (b), (c), (d), (e)(2), or (f) of this title, or attempting to commit a violation, shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.

I wouldn't mind having that crazed wench put away for 6 months.

I do not know about you, but, when one is given the privilege of attending the SOTU address, than frankly you should dress appropriately. A t-shirt for goodness sake. Does she not have the sense God gave her. Don't answer, I know the answer. Really, the idea that Rep. Woolsey thinks this is OK and is upset shows she doesn't have the sense either. There is a time and place for protesting, she seems to have figured that out but at the SOTU, wow and this is her spring board to being elected to Congress too. While Sheehan was arrested this is more about the idiot who gave her the pass.

I am getting damn tired of hearing on the news that ditch dweller Sheeham has been denied her 1st Amendment rights!! What about dress codes anywhere - what about the Military having to wear uniforms. Come on you moron DemonRATS get real. Take it up with the ACLU and go to the new Supremes! Dare ya
