This guy is stupid on top of being seditious. We don't owe our liberties to the Constitution any more than we owe them to Jefferson, the Founders or to the great pumpkin. The Constitution merely affirms that our rights are GOD given and the Constitution reinforces that by limiting government's ability to take them from us.
