Now we know why the NYT and the left were pushing so hard for a "whistleblower" law to shield journalists (at least those who work for the MSM) from having to disclose their sources. They want to cover up the fact that they are working with the terrorists.

Does the 1st Amendment protect the NY DNC Times from being prosecuted as a criminal enterprise? There is someone here on FR that says YES and he refers us to the Pentagon Papers case. However, I do not believe the circumstances are the same, and I think Treason should apply. However no one is ever prosecuted for Treason any more, read what Victoria Toensing says about one of the latest potential treason cases - "If John Walker Lindh is not to be charged with treason, then who?"

I thought that that's what Miller got Fitzy's agreement on... that he would not ask her about this particular bit of (what seems to me) treason, when she agreed to testify.
