Yep, the panties would've been more than the NY Times could endure.
I'm sure that now that this man's been tortured and killed that the Times will carry front page articles on it for months. Times front page yesterday or Friday was AGAIN "Abu Ghraib."
I expect a bit of a peep, and then nothing.

No, only those who fail to stand up and speak out against the barbaric practices of true Islam are guilty or murder or enabling the same. That's what, about 98%?
