The charges were dropped in Marion County. A few months ago in Hillsborough County, LaFave pleaded guilty to two counts of having sex with her student, who was then 14. In exchange, she has to serve three years of house arrest followed by seven years of probation.
Still a slap on the wrist, though. Expect a Playboy offer soon.

I don't think a judge or prosectuto in one county can dismiss what is already a done deal in another county. I think her sentence from the first county stands.

None of my teachers ever looked like that nor did what she did......
But one of my former male gym teachers messed with a couple 16 year old girls. For that he did time, lost his job and pension, and basically ruined his whole life and career.

3) 3 years of house arrest
4) 7 years of probation
