Well, betcha he don't do that again....
Yesterday Charles Martin was convicted of the murder of Larry Mugrage. It was hard to understand why the character of Larry and his parents was not to be mentioned in court. WHY?? Was there something they didn’t want known? The character of all involved should have been addressed. Isn’t that what brought on this incident, the suppose torment and harrassment that was dealt to Charles Martin? There were two victims here, Larry and Charles Martin. It wasn’t just stepping on the grass that set him off. What was it that caused him, or was done to him to get him to the point, that he felt it neccessary to shoot him. Everything that was ever said and done to one another should have been addressed to the juriors. I know, I am a victim of vicious, cruel children, who are even capable of inflicting bodily harm to an older person, as is their father, for they have tried. I am somewhat of a prisoner in my home,. The father is just as bad as them, you try to talk, and the worse it got. There is no respect for elders anymore. I don’t understand why people feel it neccessary to keep harrassing someone, because they don’t want to be bothered. Who are these people??? It wasn’t neccessary to commit murder, especally a child. But the whole story should have been told, Charles Martin did keep a diary. My husband and I would move if we could, but that isn’t possible, we built our home for retirement, and we our both ill. Two neighbors have already moved because of this family, yet, all of the neighbors do not even know what goes on. Only the ones being harrassed, and you dare not call the police, for the retaliation isn’t worth it. So never judge until you know EXACTLY the whole truth behind something. I feel for both, and pray God reaches them all with comfort.

Apparently the jurors wern’t suppose to know either. The character of the kid and his parents was not to be mentioned in the court. WHY???????????? Larry Mugrage and Charles Martin were both victims. I know too well what kids are capable of. They will even try to inflict bodily harm to you, and their parent as well. Heaven help us all. Where do these people come from that they feel it neccessary to harass people because they do not want to be bothered?
