I hope you realize I'm just pulling your leg. I think most people have their coffee intake periods timed with their travel time in a way where they can make it to work or wherever they are going so that they have access to the office John when the time comes.

A clean bathroom is worth 0.25 cents.

Now that's the truth. Women are the worse, too.

Having never been in a men's room, I can't verify that.

I won't eat in a restaurant that has a dirty bathroom.

Wouldn't trust the kitchen.

How about peeing into a plastic water bottle and dropping it off at the next red light? Or tossing a jug out the window of a truck going fast? Women can't do this without training.

"pee in the sink."

And embarrass all the people around you when you go poopy in the garbage can using hand towels.

I will not use the NYC subway system or get within 3000 miles of it again unless there is a gun in my back.

The best free public restroom used to be in the basement of the Plaza Hotel near where the old Trader Vic's used to be. Now the hotel is closed, so that honor is up for grabs...

And if you don't have a quarter?

I was once very young, and poor. After serving in Vietnam, my wife and I lived day to day, to pay for food and rent. Looking back, if I needed a quarter to pi$$,, I would have just pi$$ed BEHIND the latrine, for free..

Hope this is not like the ones in Paris. Better be quick doing your business or the door automatically opens and the bowl lifts and draws itself into the wall for cleaning. Leaving the rest to your imagination.

They have these in SF.

Rather handy for shooting up heroin in, I'm told.

Been there too. One of my fondest memories was when I was around 4 or 5. It was payday. My Mom only had a quarter left. She, carrying a baby, and my little sister and I walked to the "Hinkley Pinkly" She bought a long white cupcake and a soda and we carried our treasure home and sat at the table watching in excitement as she cut it in 3 squares and divided the soda.
