keep us informed
They just announced for lots of units to go code 3 (lights and sirens) to the city of lakewood, can hear in the radio background lots of yelling.
Rush just asked who was involved in putting all these folks in the streets?
To me, it looks like Unions, activist churches, ANSWER, and the ACLU make for quite a combination. It's amazing our country has survived as long as it has with "citizens" like them working behind the scenes to under cut the laws of this nation.
A photo of Cesar Chavez is on display as Reverend Gabino Zavala conducts a service in honor of the late Cesar Chavez at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels Sunday. The service followed a march from Los Angeles and Temple in front of the Federal building protesting H.R. 4437 legislation that would toughen immigration (Hans Gutknecht/Staff Photographer)
That had to be photo shopped. I hope so anyway. I can't imagine a Catholic Church having that on the altar. I have been Catholic my whole life and never saw that before. It must be a fake.
Damn, getting ugly as feared.
FOX news now has a helicopter shot of two flag poles and the American flag has been pulled down, do you know where it is?
I think the City of LA flag is at half staff....
Where is the American flag?
I guess the last American took it with him before he left...
I noticed the white-colored flag at half staff - is that the city flag? And Old Glory was conspicuous by its absence. I assume it normally flies there? Which means they ripped it down?
But it's become violent in several areas now.
Yet another riot???
It must be Spring Shopping Time - er shoplifting time.
Now Fontana PD is reporting approx. 100 protestors at City Hall, Upland &
Sierra. There's also a group that just arrived in front of FoHi. So far,
they seem to be behaving themselves.
Do you have KFI on???????? That (bleep) mayor was out there AGREEING WITH the darlin's!!!!!
Yes...
He met with a bunch of them in the conference room.
He is in total support of all this...but told them to behave and go back to school.
Wouldn't Mexico's economy improve if its govt. stopped being so anti-foreigner? Here's a potentially astonishing related thread which details how FLAGRANTLY anti-gringo Mexico's immigration laws are compared to our own:

Can you believe it? Why doesn't the media cover this information (yet)? That would set the race-baiters still in their tracks! Couldn't we stop the amnesty juggernaut if we figured out how to expose how racist MEXICO's own immigration laws are, maybe through a massive letters to the editor campaign and calls to talk show hosts and our politicians?
place marker....
I too heard Ceasar Chavez back in the earyly 70's.
I was moved by him and thought of him as a great leader for all concered at the time. We were working under conditions that were extremly poor. Pay was small and of course no health benefits. Actually it was no work no pay.
As I see many kids out protesting today, I wish there was someone to help cordinate or oversee this. I would like all latin kids to be able to see the big picture of where we the latin people before them have come from.
