Actually, isn't this kind of wierd:
a Port Authority policeman happened to check license plate numbers.
He was driving a car registered in his own name? What...a limo service? Are we to believe they just look in the yellow pages and call any ole Joe with a limo? And that would mean a fugitive can go to whichever DMV and register his vehicle with no worries?
Something doesn't add up here.

After Katrina, I've realized that my worst fears were confirmed. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and even worse, the left hand assumes that the right hand is doing the right thing.
Needless to say, nobody is in charge of anything. Just listen to DHS Secretary blame FEMA director, and FEMA director returning the blame. Then the federal government blames the state government and vice versa. Even the city government blames somebody else for not doing its job.
Thank God there is a Someone who protects fools, drunks, children and Americans.

- No, they don't just call any ole Joe with a limo but this guy happened to be the only one listed in the yellow pages who met Bubba's requirement for a sink, rather than a bar, in the back.
