As for the illegal doing a job Americans would not want, drivers must clean their own cars and from the looks of Monica's blue dress, this is a job I would cut my wrist before taking!

The U.S. Secret Service is not with the Treasury Department; it is an agency under the Department of Homeland Security.
No one but Secret Service agents drive Clinton's limo. The guy who was arrested was a privately-hired driver for one of Clinton's friends who was a passenger on the plane on which Clinton was a passenger.
Only Secret Service agents drive the former President; no hired drivers may drive him. The driver was hired by a friend of Clinton to drive the friend; the friend was a passenger on the same plane as Clinton.
The driver was not Clinton's driver; he was a driver for a friend of Clinton's who was a passenger on Clinton's plane. Also, the illegal immigrant's vehicle was not part of Clinton's motorcade, therefore, Secret Service could care less about "vetting" him.
The former President's child has not had Secret Service protection since Clinton left office. Children over the age of 18 are not provided protection once a president leaves office. Know your facts!
And no such "request" was necessary, as Clinton's driver is ALWAYS a Secret Service agent who drives a Secret Service vehicle.
