Well, that clears that up.
The UN is useless, and we are exactly where we were 12 months ago.

Prepare for a strong scolding and rebuke.
I am sure Iran is trembling in their boots.

I suspect the language was manipulated to the point it is not really binding.

They agree that Iran should suspend uranium enrichment... they'll peel off if sanctions are proposed.

In Moscow on Wednesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov repeated his stance that Moscow would not support the use of force to solve the Iranian nuclear problem. "As many of our European and Chinese colleagues have stated more than once, any ideas involving the use of force or pressure in resolving the issue are counterproductive and cannot be supported," Lavrov said.
So how exactly do the Russians propose we coerce the Iranians to not enrich? Say "pretty please"? Give them lots of money? Idiots!

Russia and China are also in range of the Shahib missiles. So much for the great "Russian Bear". Under Putin, in five more years it will have been beaten to the ground by missles, Launched by a bunch of 12th century animals following a war manual written by a nutcase with a sword on a camel who had a thing for 6 year olds. China? Pfftt. The muslims will just kck the wheels off their carts and enslave them. What a great ending.
