This is the letter I sent to him earlier:

"Dear Joel,

You are funny. I read your article and had a great laugh. It makes me so happy when another Democrat party mouthpiece who actually believes that he is a journalist, publishes trash like the article you wrote. Maybe it is your desire to write for the NY Times. Frankly I don't know and don't care.

What I find funny about you, (aside from that stupid looking sweater) is that you, like your liberal cohorts in the media do not have a clue. You wonder why you are losing readership, viewership and market share, then you go ahead and write biased articles that only 30% of the US population actually reads. Here's a hint, Americans want to read about the truth, whether good or bad and not your leftist opinions disguised as journalism.

We now have alternative sources of news in the form of the internet. Here we learn about the truth and make informed decisions based on it. Your paper sells more copies that are used as bird cage liner then as a reliable source of information. Fortunately for most Americans, we do have people like you working in the media. Because with people like you, Americans look elsewhere for their news, which hastens the process of editorialists like you becoming extinct.

Joel, please keep up the great work. The more anti-Republican garbage you produce, the quicker Washington will go into the Republican column. I wish you the best and if I were you, I would definitely have a talk with the person that bought you that god-awful sweater.
