That means the phrase "without possibility of parole" is useless in this country of law enforcers (the good), lawbreakers (the bad) and lawyers/lawmakers (the ugly).

That same killer of Dahmer also killed a guy who lived in my hometown, Cedarburg, the same day. His name was Jesse Anderson. There were rumors that his wife's (he stabbed her to death) brothers, who were Chicago area cops, made a little visit to the prison and offered lifetime protection to the guy's family if he offed Jesse........

Who knows whether it is true, but it is interesting.
