If this amnesty bill passes, I'm gonna fire all my laborers & hire a bunch of illegals. Pay them below minimum wage, no benefits, in cash, & ignore the taxes owed.

Why should I follow the law, when the senate is making it clear that if I employ illegals, I am above the law.

Think I'll get a maid/cook, too. Couldn't afford it when I had to pay the prevailing wages, taxes, & benefits. But, I'll bet I could get an illegal cheap, & if she has kids, they can do my yard work for near to nothing.

The way I see it, if the laws don't apply to everyone equally, then they don't apply to anyone.

SEAL the borders & enforce the existing laws. And toss the senate bill in the garbage where it belongs.

And I agree whole-heartedly with his summation. Anything less than total enforcement is a crime against us hard-working Americans. I would also like to see the flow of technology workers from India taking good positions stopped too.

God forbid we hold employers accountable for helping illegal aliens break the law and being the magnet that has drawn them here for years.

Uh-oh Dane is going to be apoplectic. Pssst, it mean "really angry" Dane.

Hastert has vowed not to let it come out of committee as long as a majority of Republicans oppose it.

Now, ask yourself why there have been so many attacks on Hastert in the last couple days...

They're trying to bully him into letting it out of committee, so that the DemocRATs and RINOs can pass it.

Do these Senators not have any shame?

I wonder if the average American Idol watcher really understands how adversely this bill will eventually affect them.

One more question please.

What is this Western Hemispheric Card that is mandated in the bill?

Is this some kind of globalization ID card?
