It added that other convictions of Abu Dahdah still stood. He's guilty, but not guilty.

Does anyone REALLY think prison will rehab this terrorist?
Sans rehab, Spain is doing western civilization a disservice if they let him out on the street again.
How can it be said he "served his debut to society" if he wants said society destroyed?

Preaching to the choir here.
It is Spain's funeral, if they think that going easy on a self-confessed terrorist is going to earn them points with the global jihad.
It only makes them more of a target. Thus, it is their funeral.

"We must absolve, and we do absolve, Imad Eddin Barakat Yarkas of the crime of conspiracy to commit terrorist murder for which he was accused," the court document Sounds like a jury of his peers.

I'd like to see hundreds of teams of Colonel Hunt's "THK's" (Terrorist Hunter-Killers) deployed world wide to kill these monsters wherever they are. No trials. No Lawyers. Just sudden death.

At the top tier of Western leaders of the anti-Terrorist charge is Judge Garzon of Spain. He must be shocked by the truly astounding decision reached by the Court. Yarkas, a Syrian Muslim Brother, arrived in Spain in 1986. With his group of Syrian brothers he created the Soldiers of Allah, and helped reconstruct the Muslim Brotherhood in Spain. He used the Abu Bakr mosque in Madrid to spread his Jihadist poison. He worked closely with Abu Kutada, a Jordanian radical who settled in Britain. In Spain, Garzon charged Yarkas (Abu Dahdah) with personal knowledge of, and conspiring to, organize the 9/11 attack. I would think the USA would be interested in his extradition when his time spent in Spanish jail is finished.

Disgusting display of dhimmitude. El Andalus (as is called by Muslims) grinds slowly and steadily toward the oppression of Islam.

Spain was initially very supportive of us after 9/11. However, Spain is also totally in the thrall of a leftist media, which almost immediately adopted the New York Times talking points and started to blame us for 9/11. Once the Muslims managed to redirect the course of the Spanish elections with the March 11 bombings and get the Socialists into power, it was all over.
Spain is now firmly in the Islamic camp. There are many Spaniards who object to this, but the left and the Muslims have formed their alliance in Spain and I think, barring some strange and unpredictable realignment of forces, they will roll right over the rest of Spain.
