Thanks for the welcome. I've been a lurker here for a long time, but just now finally decided to post.

Wow! But what about those sealed indictments? They were the sugarplums dancing in the liberals' heads. Weeping and gnashing of teeth today. Savor it!

The smear-media won't care a bit about correcting anything - they've already achieved what they wanted, which was to tie up Rove and the WH for 3 years with baseless smears. Now, of course, the new talking point ala Howie (Scumbag) Dean will be to keep the smear going by talking about the supposed 'outing' of Valerie Pflame again.

Truthout.org has been shown to be completely without scruples or competence. Jason Leopold deserves to be sued for libel, since his misreporting was obviously contrary to fact AND done with blatant malice. However, public figures can almost never benefit from pursuing a libel case against such smear merchants - it would just help to keep the story going.

The MEDIA SPIN is that Rove is guilty and the prosecutor knows he's guilty but in a display of prosecutorial deference the prosecutor won't prosecute because although he knows Rove is guilty he unfortunately doesn't have sufficient evidence to win the case, but Rove is still guilty.

LOLOL! Is that from "Kill Bill Volume 2?" I like the scene when he says, "Prepare to meet the bottom of my foot!" to Uma Thurman and then he kicks her. Priceless.

I wonder if Jason Leopold will reveal his "inside" source now. . .
