Going off the air will be "Rita Cosby: Live & Direct,"Har!
"This was not a decision driven as much by the ratings for 'Live & Direct' as much as it was the ratings of tape programming and the desire to have that balanced over the network," Abrams said Thursday night. Cosby won't have a regular show but will be what the network calls primary anchor of "MSNBC Investigates" as well as have her own "Rita Cosby Specials" unit. "This will actually enhance Rita's visibility throughout the network," Abrams said.
Sure, Dan.

I have always had a crush on Dan Abrams... Is he going to be on at all? Or just working in the back?
To: Howlin
poor Rita does not have the voice for broadcast news.

Going off the air will be "Rita Cosby: Live & Direct,"Awwwww, breathy, throaty, ever-excited Rita is a goner. Maybe she can get a cooking show on the food channel.

Did you see though, that Abrams wants her to do narrative work for their MSNBC Investigates....yikes, her voice is her WORST feature...but it is now her ONLY feature to be showcased.

her voice drives me up the wallYes it does.
Can you imagine having to listen to Eleanor Clift for any prolonged period of time?
Ugh!
My favorite is Megyn Kendall. She's pretty and very intelligently concise and has a pleasant voice and great personality. She should have her own show. She's a pro. (jmo)
