If birth order is a factor, then it is hormonal and not GENETIC (does the father's seed or the mother's egg contain a different genetic pattern?)

I saw that episode and the child (girl) wanted desperately to hear and could have had a cochlear implant that would have given her that chance.

The parents and deaf friends and relatives reaction? Absolutely not!

They didn't want the girl to be 'normal' because they were afraid of her losing her 'special' status in society.

I found it unbelievable that these parents thought is wrong for the girl to want to be 'normal'.

They finally 'convinced' her to give up having the implants.

Sorry. You need to look further at ALL the studies. Many research studies have refuted the two that originally decreed that being gay was genetic. Some of the studies refuting the genetic link were done in Canada. Sadly, finding out there is not a gay gene doesn't fit the agenda of the MSM. Newspapers and networks have all ignored the numerous studies showing the lack of a gay gene because they don't want to upset their followers. Truth is less important than the progressive agenda in the PC world of the major news outlets.

My three year old thought he was Superman. He had a shirt he really wanted to wear even though it had gotten a little too tight. My 6yr old daughter wears boxer shorts over her bathing suit, says they are light and comfortable. She plays with a lot of boys and does almost everything they can do but is fully aware she is a girl. She doesnt like to be called a tomboy either. I had one son who wore his ghostbuster outfit and snowboots one whole summer, he is fine and in college now. He still loves that movie. I did get many odd looks that summer though.
