This is a no lose situation.

It either becomes illegal to hire employees who are illegal aliens

and/or

the court issues dicta which establishes is is justifiable to as for work papers for employees who tend to be illegal aliens!

Just FYI - Senate Bill S.2611 has amnesty provisions for employers of illegal aliens. Thus, had S.2611 become law (or if is does so in the future) any RICO application to employment of illegal aliens would become a moot point.

EXACTLY the reason why we must make some noise in oposition to the SENATE BILL !!

But I thought they were just aplying diversity to their workforce to prevent being sued for discrimination by the "undocumented" workers..... /sarcasm>

Hey! ah do believe that this may have been the thread that started the discussion....Here's to hoping that the current RICO suit against the blueberry farmer out in CA is a success! Howard (Mowhawk) making the rounds on cable news, but I saw Klehm and the plaintiff for this case on Fox as well. I still believe that these cases will be stalled while "they" attempt to gain amnesty for the employers via some type of 'comprehensive' reform.
