I do not agree with you, I think we are about to see a real drop in values in many parts of the country. All the arms and exotic loans will be the cause.

This is the way of the realtor. In our state, getting you license is fairly easy and when real estate is booming the ranks grow immensely. We probably have 50 of them in our small county and we probably need 25

I had the same problem, only I never bought one. I wanted to do a flip, I could never get one to take me seriously. My son came up with one on his own, no agent involved, He said he was going to use one when he's ready to sell. I told him to go ahead and get one but to put up a sign of his own and do a little advertising on his own.
