Stalin got green light to annex Balitc states and attack (in other words - spread good news of communism) Finland.

You as a nation got time (1,5 year) and space (buffer lands) to prepare before ex-ally Hitler went for your throats in mainland Russia.

Stolen by Poland from what country???==

From Russian Empire then Soviet Union.

Ukranians and bellorussians were the subjects of those above but when Soviet Union got dissolved in 1991 they got thier lands back. Certainly if Stalin didn't took them from Poland in 1939 and adjoined to Soviet Union, they got not them in 1991.

So from the points of view of Ukraine and Belorus Stalin did the right thing in 1939. Ukraine and Belorus are the most benefactors of Stalin actions.

Russia in opposite got nothing from it. But funny for you it is Russia who are resposible, am I right?:).

As far as borders are concerned I think Poland has the most just borders ever. Ironically, it was due to Stalin and communists.==

True. Poland got generously compensated in 1945 for lost in 1939 eastern lands, on account of Germans.
If not some guys (not you) cry out loud about 1939 we all just been in peace on this issue.

Let it be. No need to scratch still fresh wounds. ==

Agree.

This has been the essence of the entire "truce" ending the so called "Cold War." A key element has been the complete lack of any real punishment. Therefore, the same murderers, theives and monsters who have slashed their way through Europe and Asia since 1917 are still in positions of authority and power. They SAY they are reformed. They SAY we ought to do business with them and consider them to be new found friends. But does a tiger change its stripes?

Not so long ago, we could observe perfidious traitors in Polish uniforms like gen.Jaruzelski kowtowing Soviet murderers of the Polish officers in Katyn.

I checked my old Polish-English dictionary.

Jaruzelski means, "Kerry."

However, regaining our historical lands in the West that had been conquered by Germans within centuries was more precious than losing ethnically Ruthenian lands. I call it historical justice.

I'm stunned to see that you have written this. I'm that suprised that I fell from my chair and am writing this message lying on the floor.

1. Why? Poles Ukrainians and Lithuanians lived on the shared land for centuries. Such coexistence sooner or later leads to conflicts, and that happened.

&

Independent Ukraine (not enslaved Ukraine by Russia)

Thank you! Now I see that nothing changed.

2.These are natural historical processes of waking of the national identities.

Actually the historical picture is more complex: ethnicities merge, split, are assimilated and assimilate others. Sometimes willingly, but generally forced or that are they who use force.

The difference between civilized world and Russia is that Russia does not accept the free will of the nations. All that Russia respects is brutal force.

Yes, you fully convinced me that your opinion hasn't changed.

If Russia ever returns to imperialistic policy of the Soviet Union and tries to wipe Ukraine out from the map of the world, she will return to cold war again.

Have you read "The Jungle book" by Kipling?
