Ah, good thinking. Thanks again.
A question that Mr. Lewinsky might like to ask Bill.
I didn't read it often, but I did read it more than once, that Monica flashed her thong only after some flirting when Clinton said he would like to see her thong.
While it's still true that she purposely flashed Clinton, it wasn't as if she just walked up and snapped her thong without any provocation.
To show you what a 'class act' Slick is, and to make my point that this was not an 'affair', but an abuse of a superior/subordinate relationship, Monica admitted in the Starr Report, that they didn't even have a real talk until after the 6th 'hummer'.
Yep, real 'romantic' affair there--the stuff of 'romance novels'!!..lol
I worked for a very large corporation in the 90's, we had to attend racism and sexism seminars every year. One of the major points was the feminists at the National Organization for Women "NOW" pushing their "disparate power" idea, that it was always sexual harassment when a boss had a relationship with a subordinate, even if the subordinate didn't report to the boss because of the difference of power.
The only good to come out of the Clinton white House was when the feminists at "NOW" rolled over and put on the knee pads to protect Clinton. They ignored their own "disparate power" theory between Clinton, arguably the most powerful man in the world, and an unpaid intern. They invented the Clinton "one grope" rule to protect Clinton when he groped Willey.
Now days we just laugh at the NOW gang when they try to push their agenda. Perhaps Bill should claim this as his legacy!
Yes. There's a reason, besides morality, that people step down from office after they've compromised themselves.
Seems to me that, for a head of state, Clinton was acting in a reckless manner.
Funny, and true.
Thank you very much for starting the name calling.
Just proves who loses the debate.
He's consistent - his "great intellect" defaults to the bully stance when confronted. What a jerk.
So in your mind, it's OK for a powerful boss to boink all the low level secretaries in an office? A "crush" is all it takes? Does the same apply to teachers and others in positions of trust and authority? Are you like some kind of weird throwback to a less enlightened age?
If every one of the secretaries want to have sex with the boss, and he wants to have sex also, on their own time, in someone's home, it ain't none of my business.
After a student reaches the age of majority, if they want sex with the teacher, on their own time, in someone's home, it ain't none of my business.
I may be a throwback to someone that minds their own business.
There is a difference if coercion is used, or the boss tells the secretary that the job depends on sex, etc, but if it's all consensual between the parties involved, they are over the age of majority, it's on their own time, and out of the public eye, it ain't my business.
