Thanks for the ping.
Thanks for ping!
Yes, there would be no purpose served by airing the footage. Except for satisfying the urges of sickos who want to see it.
I remember hearing that Irwin would want his death studied to the extent it could enhance our knowledge of animals (or something like that), but we don't need a public release to do that.
Neither was I. I never want to see it. Totally agree that friends would never betray him or Terri. It's those who might see an "opportunity" I'm concerned about.
Amen.
It's not. When someone dies young and unexpectedly, those left behind want to talk about the person after the first stunning shock wears off. We went through this with the death of a Granddaughter. You'd be surprised how soon those around you that aren't grieving want you to "snap out of it" and "get a grip". Terri Irwin is lucky in that she has "ears" around that want to talk and listen too since they are also grieving. Talking about her fairytale marriage, how much she loved her husband, how wonderful he was is part of the grieving process. I just wish it was someone other than Walters.
I want to see this interview. thanks for the pingies, mom4kittys..
She is still in grief. I feel so sad for her. I pray that God will give her strength and faith to get through this horrible accident.
THANKS!!

It's on tonight at 10PM for us!!!
I will watch it and pray for them.
Prayers for you.
I suspect God is still looking after you ... and may the Holy Spirit dwell happily in your heart forever.
I did see on YouTube somebody did a computer animation simulation of what happened, I could barely even watch that.
Will the Barbara Walters interview be available online? I am so afraid I will not be able to get home in time to watch it.
Good for her. No one needs to see them. Let him rest in peace. She's got enough to deal with than to be worrying about how that film would affect her and the children. God Bless that dear lady. She's been through a lot of suffering and it's going to last for quite a while. They seemed to be such a happy couple. Everyone says Steve was as nice a guy as they come.
Channel 9 in Australia has put up their interview done by Ray Martin already. Go to this link, read the article, and scroll down to the video links at the bottom. It's in several segments.
They say "can be viewed by Australoian residents only."
If you know how, you can set up your browser to use an Australian proxy server. Then you can see them.
I don't.

"The last man to see Steve Irwin alive"
Interview with a biologist who was aboard Croc One.
I will keep Terri and her children in my prayers for a long time! I'm glad she isn't withdrawing from public life and will continue Steve's legacy. God bless her and her kids and the rest of their family!
