Stewart pleaded with the judge to allow her to live out the rest of her life "productively, lovingly, righteously
She hadn't done that for 67 years why would anyone think she would start now?????

Both Stewart AND the judge are TRAITORS.
This is why people at their wits end with Libs are in favor of the death penalty. How could that judge let her loose!!!
I am way beyond furious.

This "Judge" Koeltl just spit in the face of every current American and coalition Soldier currently deployed in the war on terror. He may have the power to set this traitor/terrorist sympathyser free but he just made my permanent sh!t list.

150 supporters? Supporters of treason? Seems they should be investigated.

Before sentencing, her lawyer told the judge that any prison sentence for Stewart would be a death sentence because of her serious health problems.Treason has been known to cause serious health problems in the past. Not lately, though....

This is appalling. 28 months for essentially giving away her country. She was committing treason and she knew it. But that's okay, treason by the left gets a free pass. Treason by the right - such as Timothy McVeigh, who was obviously working with Iraq - gets the death penalty.
I think they should both get the death penalty, personally. And there is no way this evil, lying, treasonous woman should have gotten only 28 months.

Is there some legal principle that says we cannot enforce the law against addleminded American leftists?

Richard Hatch received more for tax evasion than this pig receives for aiding a terrorist scum who wants to kill our children.
I fear that we are nearing that moment to nourish the tree of liberty. This criminal and the judge should be hanged for their crimes against the nation and the endangering of its citizens.

So, the sentence for committing treason against the U.S. in a time of war is only 28 months? The families of those put to death in previous wars for similar crimes should complain, I guess.

This evil, treasonous woman gets 28 months for her actions and Wesley Snipes could get 40 years for income tax evasion. Imagine that!
To: areafiftyone
28 months? Did we need more proof that the War on Terror is a farce?
To: areafiftyone
I should have expected this from the "terrorists are people with rights too" crowd, but I'm still disgusted by it. Thanks to judges like this, terrorists are safer here than in Iraq or Afghanistan.
