I'm inclined to agree that it would become a high-volume list.
It was fun, but it was also back in the day when people weren't so quick to hit the abuse button........in fact I remember that several posters who got it pulled on them asked to be put on the list :)
I don't think such a list would last long now-a-days.

Can't you just see teenage boys trying not to let their fear show when she goes about feeding the crocs etc.
