Don't sweat it. In L.A. she'll get a mostly black jury, and she won't be convicted.

They estimate she was going 65 MPH.
And she got out of her car telling anybody who would listen that it was all her fault.

Mel Gibson goes anti-semitic and the ghouls cry for his blood. Kramer goes racist and the lynch mob forms. This bimbo KILLS somebody and it's "no big deal."

I wonder how unfair they think it was to the driver that was killed...

Is this jagoff serious? If the City Attorney rejects this case then he will be doing exactly what Najee Ali claims is already happening.
Pretzel logic?
To: beansox
Im not familiar with the case, just how fast was she driving? From everything that I've seen reported, there was no indication of excessive speed/reckless driving nor were there any alcohol or drugs involved.
While the outcome was tragic, it was, from all indications, nothing more than an accident. (AFAIK, people commonly get prosecuted for causing accidents which result in a loss of life.)

I wonder how unfair they think it was to the driver that was killed... Not one bit, since the victim was only a peon.
But if the roles were reversed, they would be screaming for blood.

Someone died, I am glad they are taking this seriously. If it was a simple accident, with no speeding, drugs, or alcohol involved I would hope that they would show her mercy in her sentencing. She has apparently accepted responsibility on the scene. Let her lawyers, the DA and a judge work it out. We are all responsible for our actions. Gees.

Did she not say at the scene that she was at fault?
