I consider homosexuality to be deviant behavior. Deviant - not the norm. I rank it there with beastality, pedophila, and all other types of criminal behavior. I care not for the opinion of any deviant person. Just as Rudy threw the money back in the face of the Saudi who tried to bribe him, so would I do so to any other deviant person.
How homosexuals came to be called faggots -
Many years ago - late 1800's I believe - sailors mainly smoked cigars or pipes. Cigarettes was considered unmanly and efete. Cigarettes were packaged together in tied bundles, a faggot. Those sailors who smoked cigarettes vice pipe or cigar was given this name because the smokes were tied together in a bundle.

No one is doing anything to Ann but disagreeing with her and offering some criticism. A little disagreement and criticism is not going to hurt her one bit. No one can expect to be able to spout off at the mouth and not ever have anyone say to them, "I think what you just said was inappropriate and unhelpful, and I do not support it."
That should have nothing to do with our actions. We are not waiting for them to lead the way. If you are waiting for the liberals to lead the way to honorable discourse, you will wait till your bones are dust.
That does not mean we should hunker into a defensive huddle and defend anything that any conservative says or does.

I neither defend taunts or let them bother me, especially if made by someone I do not know and not directed at me. I ignore them, as should you. And being that the word 'son' is part of my Freeper name, that should indicate to anyone with any sense that I am a male. No, I do not understand what you refer to. Ann is being criticized. She is not being silenced, lynched, banned, censored, or re-educated. She's being criticized.
