I don't understand the Democrat Party's reasoning here... there are only a few hundred detainees at Club Gitmo, they would need many more than that to be brought into the USA to tip future elections to their favor.

The detainees need to be set free one at a time.
They should be told that they have 5 minutest to get in to the water and swim to Haiti. If they make it to Haiti, they're free to go 'cuz Allah (En-shala) willed it.
Each one should also be provide a lensatic compass and provided a headding.
If they fail to get in the water and start swimming toward Haiti, and or deviate from the headding, Bang!
If they drown on the way to Haiti, En-shala, Allah willed that too.

This is nothing more than another liberal power grab. If we leave them alone and leave them there the murderers are beyond the reach of the ACLU and other legal arms of the socialist democratic party. These detainees are nothing more than a pawn for more power. As things are right now these detainees are beyond the reach of US courts because they are on foreign soil and will stay out of reach of liberal judges as long as they stay on foreign soil. The USSC has already found this to be good law. Now they want to bring them here so they can use them for political games.
This is nothing but a huge power grab on the part of the dimwits. We are at war. The dimwits just don't get it.
