They were probably just bored since the Sixers didn’t make the play-offs and the Phillies are having a bad year.

I think you have to take “religious beliefs” in “what role religious belief played” to refer to the personal convictions of the accused plotters. If, as seems plausible, the plotters did not hold deep or radical religious convictions, this is all the more alarming, since it indicates that terroristic proclivities against the West are broadly disseminated within Muslim culture.

Well, unless it sounded like "Allahu Akhbar"--well obviously, they were shouting,

"All you to the snack bar!"

It was time for a Snickers.

What part of thugs shouting “Allah-u-akhbar” at the firing range don’t they comprehend?

"Is the brain trust at NYT so dumb as to think WE are that dumb?"

Yes, and they're correct!

Remember - Algore "won" the popular vote, and Skerry nearly did so......

The leftist educrats and unfettered illegal immigration have gone a long way toward dumbing down America......

The FBI field agents are under directives to STAY AWAY from surveillance of Mosques. The FBI was put under pressure to avoid mosque surveillance under the Clinton administration, and New York Times writers and their preferred “experts and academics”, this policy continued forward after the 9/11 tragedy, and even onto the 9/11 Commission with the appointment of Gorelick. Period.

It was the New York Times who gave ink and paper to those who decried mosque surveillance in the aftermath of 9/11.

The New York Times not only wants to have it both ways, they want their subscribers to drink their juice out of the American publics’ collective arse.

Blatantly lieing in the face of undeniable reality in previous decades would bring shame and ostracism upon the author of this artful obfuscation. He’ll probably have a Muslim princling buy him a good steak dinner tonight instead.

Here is a piece of actual JOURNALISM, which clearly uses concepts and actions like integrity, investigation, first person interviews, and on site interviews to come to the correct, and opposite conclusion of the NYTimes article:

Well, who’s really surprised by this? This is the same “news organization” that to this day defends Walter Durante’s coverage of Stalin’s Soviet Union, and the starvation of millions in the Ukraine.
